AYURA FESTIVAL – TRIANGOLO VERDE

AYURA – ROOTS OF SOUND
SATURDAY, 12 JULY, 2025
TEATRO DEL SILENZIO 2025
Lajatico (PI)

On Saturday, July 12, from 5:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., the first edition of Ayura Roots of Sound will take place at the “Triangolo Verde” in Peccioli (Pisa) — a festival dedicated to electronic music and performance arts. The event is organized by City Sound & Events in collaboration with Belvedere S.p.A. and under the patronage of the Municipality of Peccioli. The artistic direction is curated by Leonardo Brogi and 16DEE by Edoardo Scarpellini.

The first four featured artists are: Alex Neri, a master at blending house and techno with jazz and funk influences, Carl Craig, a Detroit techno innovator, Lil Louis, a house music pioneer known for his iconic track French Kiss, and Ralf, renowned for his eclectic style that traverses disco and techno.

These DJs will be the undisputed stars of this exciting new musical journey. They will be accompanied by visual artists and performers who will enrich the experience with a multi-sensory celebration of music and art.

The Triangolo Verde, located just a few kilometers from the village of Peccioli, is a symbol of urban regeneration and sustainability. Once a waste treatment and disposal plant, it has been transformed into a site of contemporary art and cultural events. The area features the monumental sculptures Presenze — the now-famous Giants by the Naturaliter group. The site also includes wall drawings by David Tremlett and All’altezza delle margherite, a piece by Sergio and Michele Staino, inaugurated in 2016 on the TMB plant.

More recently, two additional works have enriched the same area, known as the MACCA: another Tremlett wall drawing on the building that houses recycling and biogas production facilities, topped by Germoglio, a sculptural work by Remo Salvadori.
