For safety reasons and to protect your health and that of your unborn child, we recommend not attending the event in case of pregnancy or injury.
In any case, any pregnant woman or injured individual who decides to attend the event does so at their own risk and responsibility, with City Sound having no liability.
If pregnancy or injury occurs after the ticket purchase date and before the event date, ticket replacement or refund is not allowed, nor can different seating be requested.

In case of bad weather, the shows will be rescheduled for July 23 and 25, 2025, and no refund can be requested.

Parking: Executive Parking (access from State Road 439, on the La Mandriola road). The Executive Parking is the closest parking area to the Teatro del Silenzio.

Access to the parking: The La Mandriola road will be supervised by the event staff, and access will be granted to those showing the executive parking pass with the single-use QR code received with the tickets.

Time: It is recommended to arrive by 6:00 PM to avoid traffic congestion. If traveling from Forte dei Marmi or Florence, we suggest booking transportation to leave no later than 4:00 PM to ensure timely arrival.

5:00 PM – Opening of the Executive Parking.

The same procedure applies to all NCCs (chauffeur-driven vehicles) and vans carrying clients with executive tickets. Buses will NOT be allowed entry.

At the entrance to the venue, wristbands will be handed out to grant access to the hospitality area.

The Hospitality Area will be open from 6:00 PM until the start of the show.

Please note: your ticket is required for the security check and access to the concert area.

To reach the Teatro del Silenzio, there are two options:

Option 1: Park your car in the designated parking area in La Sterza (Lajatico) and use the free shuttle buses provided by the organization, located near the “Da Pasquino” restaurant.
The distance from the shuttle stop to the Theater entrance is about 800 meters.
Shuttle service will be available starting from 4:00 PM, and there will also be return shuttles after the concert ends.

Option 2: Drive along State Road 439 and turn onto San Giovanni road toward Lajatico (signposted), then follow signs to the POGGIO AL LUPO parking area, located on the hill below the Theater.
The distance from this parking area to the Theater entrance is about 500 meters.
Parking opens at 5:00 PM.

We strongly recommend securing your pass ahead of the event to ensure easier access and minimize waiting times.

Note: If you’re unsure how to reach the Teatro del Silenzio, you can contact our partner Eventi in Bus, which is organizing bus transfers from all major cities in Tuscany for the event.

BUSES:
Tourist buses (up to 54 seats, two axles) may park at the sports field (CAMPO SPORTIVO) in Lajatico.
