A pregnant or injured person who decides to attend does so entirely at their own risk, and City Sound accepts no liability.

If pregnancy or injury is discovered or occurs after the ticket has been purchased and before the event date, the ticket cannot be replaced or refunded, and the holder cannot be moved to a seat other than the one shown on the ticket.

City Sound & Events informs guests with reduced mobility or disabilities that they may attend only from the area reserved for them, accessible by purchasing the specific ticket in accordance with the procedure on citysoundmilano.com and Vivaticket.

In the event of bad weather, the shows will be rescheduled to July 24 and 26, 2026. No refunds may be requested.

Parking: Executive Parking

Executive Parking is the closest parking area to Teatro del Silenzio.

Parking access — Strada della Mandriola will be monitored by the organisation’s control service. Access will be granted to guests showing the Executive Parking pass with the single-use QR code received with their tickets.

Recommended arrival time — we recommend arriving at 6:00 PM to avoid traffic congestion.

Arriving from Forte dei Marmi or Florence — we recommend leaving or booking transport no later than 4:00 PM in order to arrive on time.

Executive Parking opens — 5:00 PM.

Private hire vehicles and vans — the same procedure applies to private hire vehicles and vans carrying guests with Executive, Gold VIP and Sky Box tickets. Coaches will not be allowed access.

Hospitality wristbands — wristbands granting access to the hospitality area will be issued at the theatre entrance.

Hospitality Area — open from 6:00 PM until the show starts.

Important note — your ticket is essential for security checks and access to the concert area.

To reach the Teatro del Silenzio, there are two options available:

• OPTION 1 (Free Shuttle Bus from La Sterza):
  • Park your car in the designated parking area in La Sterza (Lajatico), located near the “Da Pasquino” restaurant.
  • Use the free shuttle buses provided by the organization.
  • The shuttle service will be available starting from 4:00 PM, and there will also be return shuttles after the concert ends.
  • The distance from the shuttle stop to the Theater entrance is about 800 meters.
• OPTION 2 (Poggio al Lupo Parking Area):
  • Drive along State Road 439 and turn onto San Giovanni road toward Lajatico (signposted), then follow signs to the POGGIO AL LUPO parking area, located on the hill below the Theater.
  • This parking area opens at 5:00 PM.
  • The distance from this parking area to the Theater entrance is about 500 meters.
  • Parking Pass: This year, you can purchase your parking pass in advance online. Securing your pass ahead of the event is strongly recommended to ensure easier access and minimize waiting times.

We strongly recommend purchasing it before the event to facilitate access and reduce waiting times.

Guests who have purchased access to the TDS Lounge should follow the signs for the Poggio a Lupo car park, where complimentary parking will be available. The TDS Lounge will be open from 6:00 PM until the start of the show.

Immediately after entering, guests will find the dedicated entrance to the Lounge, where they can enjoy an exclusive experience surrounded by the beautiful Tuscan countryside, including:

• Open bar with a selection of premium wines
• Carefully curated buffet dinner inspired by local products and flavours

Tourist coaches — tourist coaches with up to 54 seats and two axles may park at the Lajatico Sports Field.

Tuscany Bus Transfers: If you are unsure how to reach the venue, you can contact the official partner Eventi in Bus, which is organizing bus transfers from all major cities in Tuscany for the event.
