\nIn any case, any pregnant woman or injured individual who decides to attend the event does so at their own risk and responsibility, with City Sound having no liability.
\nIf pregnancy or injury occurs after the ticket purchase date and before the event date, ticket replacement or refund is not allowed, nor can different seating be requested.[\/mk_toggle][mk_toggle style=”fancy” title=”IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER”]In case of bad weather, the shows will be rescheduled for July 22nd, 24th and 26th, 2026, and no refund can be requested.[\/mk_toggle][mk_toggle style=”fancy” title=”TICKET ACCESS FOR SKY BOX, GOLD VIP AND EXECUTIVE”]Parking<\/strong>: Executive Parking (access from State Road 439, on the La Mandriola road<\/a>). The Executive Parking is the closest parking area to the Teatro del Silenzio.<\/p>\n

Access to the parking<\/strong>: The La Mandriola road will be supervised by the event staff, and access will be granted to those showing the executive parking pass with the single-use QR code received with the tickets.<\/p>\n

Time<\/strong>: It is recommended to arrive by 6:00 PM to avoid traffic congestion. If traveling from Forte dei Marmi or Florence, we suggest booking transportation to leave no later than 4:00 PM to ensure timely arrival.<\/p>\n

5:00 PM<\/strong> \u2013 Opening of the Executive Parking.<\/p>\n

The same procedure applies to all NCCs (chauffeur-driven vehicles) and vans carrying clients with executive tickets. Buses will NOT be allowed entry.<\/p>\n

At the entrance to the venue, wristbands will be handed out to grant access to the hospitality area.<\/p>\n

The Hospitality Area<\/strong> will be open from 6:00 PM until the start of the show.<\/p>\n

Please note<\/strong>: your ticket is required for the security check and access to the concert area.[\/mk_toggle][mk_toggle style=”fancy” title=”ACCESS FOR TICKETS IN ALL OTHER SECTORS”]To reach the Teatro del Silenzio, there are two options:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Option 1<\/strong>: Park your car in the designated parking area in La Sterza (Lajatico)<\/strong> and use the free shuttle buses<\/strong> provided by the organization, located near the \u201cDa Pasquino\u201d restaurant.
\nThe distance from the shuttle stop to the Theater entrance is about 800 meters<\/strong>.
\nShuttle service will be available starting from 4:00 PM<\/strong>, and there will also be return shuttles after the concert ends.<\/p>\n

Option 2<\/strong>: Drive along State Road 439 and turn onto San Giovanni road<\/strong> toward Lajatico (signposted), then follow signs to the POGGIO AL LUPO<\/strong> parking area, located on the hill below the Theater.
\nThe distance from this parking area to the Theater entrance is about 500 meters<\/strong>.
\nParking opens at 5:00 PM<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Parking Pass Purchase
\n<\/strong>This year, you can purchase your parking pass in advance. Buy here<\/a><\/p>\n

We strongly recommend securing your pass ahead of the event to ensure easier access and minimize waiting times.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: If you\u2019re unsure how to reach the Teatro del Silenzio, you can contact our partner Eventi in Bus<\/strong><\/a>, which is organizing bus transfers from all major cities in Tuscany<\/strong> for the event.<\/p>\n

BUSES<\/strong>:
